Since its launch on September 1, 2003, Star Wars Fanworks has been the internet's primary and one-stop source for news and programs in the Star Wars fan audio genre.
Coinciding with the site's third anniversary, Fanworks founder Nathan P. Butler launched Fan Audio News Source (FANS), a news podcast designed to bring Fanworks' fan audio news coverage to the genre's listeners in an audio format.
Each month's episode features a recap of the major Star Wars fan audio genre news from the previous month, often including more insights or observations than the typical Fanworks news byte. Consider FANS as Fanworks "news plus."
