Russell & Edwards’ Star Wars: The Musical is the first originally-composed, fully-scored and recorded concept album based on Star Wars: Episode IV--"A New Hope". This work is the musical duo’s first magnum opus in the musical theatre genre, and is a hilarious spoof of Star Wars and of the "Great American Musical" in general. Written with admiration and respect for George Lucas and John Williams, the sole purpose of this project is to amuse fans of both Star Wars and musical theater. Have fun!
