Expanded, Explained, and Sometimes Extraordinary
Change of Plans for Star Wars FM Team Project Word has come in from Matt Loewen of Star Wars FM that the team's intended audio drama, Empires, has been put on hold in order to give them more time to practice with audio production before devoting themselves to a serious audio drama. Instead, the next project from the SWFM camp is likely to be an audio parody adaptation of The Emperor's Court, a story by Jason Hall, presented in Star Wars Tales #14. This will be the fourth project started to adapt a published comic book story from a Star Wars anthology from Dark Horse Comics (three from Tales and one from Tales from Mos Eisley). Previous adaptation projects include Ted Alderman's Resurrection, Steve Fluharty's completed and forthcoming The Old Timer's Tale (based on Hegg's Tale), and Keith Abbott's A Summer's Dream (currently on hold).
