New Star Wars Action News Spin-Off Announced

The flurry of activity with the new Clone Wars cartoon series on the way has spurred many fan audio producers to plan for coverage of the new series. It has even resurrected some older series (such as ChronoRadio) from retirement.

No one expected to see a program dedicated to a televison series, though, coming from . . . a collecting podcast.

That's right. The fan-favorite Star Wars Action News, hosted by Arnie and Marjorie Carvalho is about to spin-off a brand new series, Star Wars Action News: Republic Forces Radio Network, featuring weekly coverage of the series. Fans of SWAN now have a whole new way to enjoy The Clone Wars.

The new series will premiere October 4, 2008.
