Created by the "first couple of Star Wars fan audio" (married couple Andrew Gilbertson and "Silas Carder" of ALTA Radio), Spinoff features three segments: a primary topic decided by "spinner" (literally the Spinner from the Game of Life: Indiana Jones Edition), which will designate a genre (Star Trek, Star Wars, Doctor Who, miscellaneous sci-fi movie, etc.) and a topic will be created on the spot; a second, shorter, pre-planned topic; and a "this week in sci-fi" review and critique of whatever sci-fi programming Silas and Andrew happen to have viewed that week.
